Piano entertainment is at the heart of who we are. Throughout the conference, attendees will have opportunities to perform, collaborate, learn from one another, and strengthen the skills that make them more confident and successful working entertainers.
From live performance and musical collaboration to sharing techniques, ideas, and real-world experience, music remains at the center of the Piano Ladies community.
Our programming is designed around the real-world careers of working piano entertainers. Sessions will focus on professional development, performance skills, business and career growth, industry education, wellness, and the evolving opportunities available to women in live entertainment.
We’ll also create opportunities for attendees to learn directly from entertainment agencies, industry professionals, experienced performers, and one another—bringing practical knowledge and new ideas back into their careers.
Orlando is one of the top entertainment destinations in the United States, making it the perfect place for our next chapter.
With a growing conference and an expanding community, we chose a location that gives us room to grow into what Piano Ladies is becoming.
We anticipate welcoming approximately 60–75 female piano entertainers to Orlando in 2027, creating an intentionally focused environment where attendees, agents, industry professionals, and partners can build genuine relationships and meaningful professional connections.
Piano Ladies is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering and advancing women in the piano entertainment industry.
Through education, professional development, mentorship, industry connection, and community, we help female piano entertainers strengthen their skills, expand their professional networks, and build sustainable careers.
What began as a sisterhood has grown into an international professional community—and we are committed to creating more opportunities for women to thrive on stage, in business, and throughout the live entertainment industry.

Entertainment agencies and booking professionals are invited to join us on Tuesday, March 2, 2027, for our dedicated industry programming during the Piano Ladies Conference in Orlando.
Tuesday will bring our attendees and industry partners together for industry panels, professional connection, and the Piano Ladies Showcase, giving agents the opportunity to meet performers, hear them live, and scout talent from our community.
Agency participation is intentionally curated, and all registrations are reviewed by the Piano Ladies team. After submitting your registration request, a member of our team will personally follow up with additional information and next steps.
