MAY 5-8, 2024 at harrah's las vegas!

We began our annual conferences in Las Vegas in 2019.  We paused during the pandemic and resumed in 2022 for a wonderful time in Chicago, dropped insane madness on New Orleans in 2023, and HERE WE COME BACK TO VEGAS IN 2024!

REGISTRATION FEE

We aim to keep the conference registration affordable every year. You are responsible for lodging and taxi/uber/lyft to official locations. It's highly encouraged to stay at the official venue, Harrah's, to save on transportation, be on time, and stay safe. Plus, we get to be together as much as possible!
We will again have sponsored catered breakfast and lunches on meeting days unless otherwise noted. 

CRITERIA FOR REGISTRATION AND ATTENDANCE:  Membership in our Piano Ladies Group on Facebook or otherwise welcomed by the organization into our sisterhood. You must be a female piano bar entertainer to register and attend.  21+ for in-person attendance.

We DO encourage our male colleagues and ALL fans and friends of all gender identifications to join us NIGHTLY at our piano bar venue activities.  Come support the Piano Ladies as they lift the room and each other!  We all rise together, so come on, boys, let's hang!

AIRPORT & FLIGHT PLANNING

We will all begin arriving on Sunday for a co-ed kickoff party that night, May 5.  We will host daily conference events on Mon, Tues, Wed. Evenings will be filled with hangs and jams at various venues in VEGAS and open to all to join us in the evenings. Our programming runs through the end of the day on Wednesday, May 8. Plan to fly home Thursday, May 9 or later. 

HOTEL & VENUE

We are excited to announce our venue for 2024 - Harrah's, home of the legendary Twins Dueling Piano Show, starring our sisters, Kim and Tamara, the Twins themselves!

DIRECT HOTEL BLOCK BOOKING CLOSED April 5, 2024 but you can still join us by staying at Harrah's.

Check-Out: Thursday, May 9

If you need a roommate, post on the closed Piano Ladies Group or reach out to someone that feels right.  Trust those instincts and go for it!
