We began our annual conferences in Las Vegas in 2019.  We paused during the pandemic and resumed in 2022 for a wonderful time in Chicago.

COST:  We aim to keep the conference registration affordable every year. You are responsible for lodging and taxi/uber/lyft to official locations. It's highly encouraged to stay at the official hotel to save on ubers, be on time, and stay safe. We have sponsored catered breakfast and lunches on certain times. Otherwise, your food will be on you.

We have block rates available at the Bourbon Orleans Hotel where the meetings will be held Monday & Tuesday.  (Wednesday meeting is at Pat O'Brien's!)

Single & Double Rooms are available at $189, add an additional person at $30/night. This is the best deal you'll find, and you will save money by being where our meeting will be held. In years past, if you try and stay somewhere else, you will spend entirely too much time trying to get to the venue and miss out on so much. Plus, you will be paying surge pricing rates often in New Orleans; you won't have if you choose the hotel!

AIRPORT & FLIGHT PLANNING: We will all begin arriving on Sunday for a co-ed kickoff party that night, May 7 at Spirits on Bourbon Pianobar. We will host daily conference events on Mon, Tues, Wed. Evenings will be filled with hangs and jams at various venues in NOLA and open to all to join us in the evenings. Our farewell event and jam will be the night of Wednesday, May 10. So fly home Thursday, May 11 or later. 

NOTE: JAZZ FEST IS THE WEEK BEFORE. COME TO NOLA EARLY AND EXPERIENCE JAZZ FEST THEN STICK AROUND FOR THE CONFERENCE!
